Introduction
This article demonstrates how to upload a zip file and extract its contents on your FTP server.
Prerequisites
- A Business or Host Edition license (purchase or trial now)
Unzip On Upload
Drag your zip/s onto the file manager or click the icon in the bottom toolbar, which will open a menu with an option to upload a zip file. You'll be prompted to select a file from your desktop or device to upload. You can select multiple files to upload at once.
You'll be prompted to choose between uploading the zip as it is, or to extract on upload (this is a much faster way to upload a lot of files.)
The files will then be extracted to the working directory and the file browser will refresh.
Unzip On Server
On the file you want to unzip right-click and choose Extract from the context menu.
The files will then be extracted to the working directory and the file browser will refresh.
